SLOFLOW
Explore the fundamental postures of yoga at a steady pace. This style emphasizes proper alignment with low-impact movements. Postures will be held for longer periods of time with focus on breath and stability. If you are new to yoga, this class is for you.
VINYASA
This series of traditional postures will help you achieve strength and flexibility by linking together deliberate breath and fluid movement. Expect to challenge your physical and mental capabilities though faster-paced flows and creative sequencing.
YIN & YANG
Experience equilibrium by combining both Yin and Yang styles of yoga. During the first half of class, you will be guided through an active, passive flow. Then, the second half of class is dedicated to grounded, restorative postures. You will use props for support throughout the class.
RESTORATIVE
A simple series of grounded postures held between 3-5 min. Your body is fully supported using props to enhance relaxation and slowly open connective tissue. Restorative yoga is a great way to repair muscle tension and calm the nervous system.
We Host Tea Ceremonies
In a busy world, we value the deep-rooted teachings of what it means to be “Zen.” The traditional Tea Ceremony honors the beauty of ritual, allowing us to spend quality time in a state of motionless reflection, tasting the bliss both of perfectly brewed tea and of nonproductive activity. Let us host your private party!
HEALING AND TALKING CIRCLES
When we put our heads together, we can do great things. Women’s and Men’s healing circles are held monthly, offering a safe and supportive space where group members can help one another uplift feminine and masculine energy. Each circle will be a blend of silence, community engagement, and self-reflection. Every individual will have the opportunity to share and to connect with others, as well as honoring their own unique path.
MARCH INTO MINDFULNESS
What is March into Mindfulness?
This month we invite the community to participate in a four-week challenge – March into Mindfulness! Each week we will make a social media post with a mindfulness challenge to practice for the week.

- Follow us on social media!
- Post a picture or video that has to do with the challenge, share something that was learned or that you found interesting while practicing.
- Tag us in your post!
- Those who do not use SM can also participate by sharing their experience in person after taken a class in studio. We would then share this “testimonial” on our SM platform.
DRUM CIRCLES
“If you have a heartbeat, you have rhythm.” Bring your own drum if you wish to play, or just come along to sit and enjoy the elevated and exhilarating energy of collective rhythm. The next drum circle will be offered on Tuesday, April 2nd | 7pm
SOUND THERAPY/ REIKI WITH MIKE MCGUIGAN
A special event class is offered weekly, with teacher Mike McGuigan using a range of tools to immerse attendees in a comforting, healing ocean of soft sounds that promote relaxation. Mike is passionate and committed to help educate and raise the general public’s overall awareness and facts regarding Sound, Holistic Natural Medicine and Healing methods. Look out for his Sound Healing Meditations every Thursday at 6:30pm and pop-up Sound and Reiki collaborations on the class schedule.
