About Us

Flower of Life Yoga & Wellness Center is situated in one of St. Charles’ oldest and most beautiful buildings. The cottage dates back approximately 100 years, making it a contemporary of the Arcada Theatre, the Hotel Baker, and other local historic favorites. Its walls are covered in ivy and beautiful flowers in many colors, and inside the original pillars still stand proudly in the yoga studio itself. The owners have kept the building in their family for more than a century now, carefully maintaining the gardens and preserving its unique character and eccentric energy.

In addition to the yoga studio, there is a fully equipped healing room used for private Reiki Healing, Acupuncture, and Sound therapy sessions, as well as a completely remodeled and furnished apartment upstairs currently used as an Airbnb called Zen Garden Inn.

Whether you are practicing yoga, attending a holistic workshop, or receiving self-care in the healing room, we invite you into a high vibrational space that allows you to connect with nature, practice gratitude, and encompass self-nurturing activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
