AMANDA

Amanda’s yoga practice evolved after she became a mother, longing for connection, needing an outlet to help balance her physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

She became a yoga instructor to share these amazing benefits with her community, and believes everyone can benefit from yoga, aspiring to spread the love, joy and healing it brought into her life. She is passionate about leading an inspiring class that leaves you feeling connected, nourished and empowered.

Amanda is also a Reiki practitioner. After witnessing the healing benefits of hands-on assistance during her restorative classes and her own experience with energy healing, she felt called to integrate Reiki into her classes and private sessions, supporting her community in stress reduction, relaxation and healing.

When she is not teaching, you will find her in nature with her family, camping, hiking and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.

SARAH

Sarah’s practice began lying still, holding to the moment, breathing through distractions, and temptations, joyfully embracing the thoughts and seamlessly, allowing them to fade. Her meditation practice has been a strong foundation which has brought stillness, confidence, clarity, and ultimately, yoga

After finding yoga, she soon discovered how these practices overlap: they happen at once and constantly. Upon that realization, she wanted to share her findings through teaching and inspiring others to be more mindful, deliberate, and calm.

Sarah has dedicated more than 20 years to researching the brain and its physiology, neuroscience, mental illness, and human behavior. In addition to teaching yoga and meditation, she is a transformational guide for one of the top personal development gurus in the world and is committed to helping others learn how to achieve self mastery to create their best life. Her clear and distinct style “takes you into the present moment, the only place where life exists.”

25 years of study. She approaches the Practice with a Beginner’s mind and resonates

EMILY

Emily Weiberg began her yoga practice over 10 years ago. While the asanas (poses) drew her in, it was the lifestyle that yoga provided which changed her life. The way her life transformed through practicing the mindful movements and philosophies of yoga opened her eyes to a whole new world of healing. This journey led her to becoming a Massage Therapist, Energy Worker, and Yoga Instructor so she could share these healing gifts with others.

Emily brings her knowledge of all elements of the body, physical-emotional-spiritual, into her practice. Honoring the true nature of yoga, meaning union. She enjoys providing hands-on massage techniques to support her students in releasing tension in the physical body. While moving and stretching aids in releasing the stored emotions in the body’s tissues. She also loves incorporating energy work through practices like meditation and sound to help her students find awareness and balance in the spiritual body.

While not teaching yoga, Emily loves spending time in nature with her husband Nick and German Shepherd Raven. She also loves making macrame and cuddling with her orange tabby cat Chi. And in exciting news, Emily and Nick will be welcoming their baby girl earthside this August!
