Flow Fundamentals

Gain knowledge and confidence in your practice with this beginner friendly class. Explore fundamental yoga postures at a slow steady pace using props and modifications to safely and effectively move through a gentle flow, improving balance, alignment and strength.

Rise & Flow

Awaken your bodily awareness, focus your mental energies, and initiate your day with clarity of purpose! This series integrates gentle stretching exercises, comprehensive movement flows, and targeted sequences designed to prepare you for an active day.

Rise Power Flow

Start your morning at a relaxed tempo, dedicated to warming and waking up, followed by a steady progression to more vigorous postures. Tap into your physical strength, by engaging in mindful and dynamic sequences. You can expect to feel centered and revitalized, empowering you to approach your day with a renewed sense of energy.

Sloflow

Explore yoga’s fundamental postures with an emphasizes on proper alignment and focus on low-impact movements. Postures are held for longer periods of time with a focus on breath, alignment and stability awareness.

Flow & Restore

Experience balance and harmony in a yoga class that blends the complementary Yin and Yang approaches. The first portion of the class involves a dynamic, faster-paced flow designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and strength. The second portion shifts into a series of calming, restorative postures held for longer durations, which are especially advantageous for joints and connective tissue. Props are utilized throughout the class for support.

Gentle Hatha

Focus on deep stretching and proper alignment to achieve mental clarity through discriminative self-balancing.  This series uses props for support and modifications to create a slow flow that strengthens and lengthens the body.

Rest & Restore

Work your way through a simple series of grounded postures held for between three and five minutes. In each posture, your body is fully supported by yoga props, which allows you to fully embrace the experience, enhancing relaxation and slowly opening connective tissue. Restorative yoga is a great way to repair over-tense muscles and calm the nervous system.

Vinyasa

Designed for practitioners with a solid foundation in basic poses and breath-movement connection, this class expands the scope of poses and styles to challenge students and refine their skills. This series of traditional postures links together deliberate breathing and fluid movements, allowing you to deepen your practice with unique transitions, and intermediate poses.  Expect to challenge your physical and mental capabilities through a faster-paced flow and creative sequencing.

Candlelit Sloflow

Experience the calming allure of Candlelit Sloflow, where yoga meets a serene candlelit ambiance. Our slow-flow sessions guide you through gentle movements in a soothing environment, perfect for releasing tension and finding inner peace. The soft glow of candles creates a tranquil setting that enhances relaxation and mindfulness. Ideal for unwinding after a busy day, Candlelit Sloflow offers a peaceful escape, allowing you to reconnect with your body and breath. Embrace the gentle rhythm of slow-flow yoga as the candlelight guides you towards a deeper sense of calm and balance.

Elevate Sloflow

Elevate your Sloflow practice with postures and styles to challenge students and refine their skills. Intermediate flows may introduce more complex poses and fun transitions, further developing practice. 

Sound Healing Meditation

Lie back and experience the vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments. This is a special event class that is offered weekly, using a range of tools to immerse attendees in a comforting, healing ocean of soft sounds that promote relaxation. Please bring a pillow and blanket for personal comfort during the class.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi (Also known as Taiji) is the ancient Chinese practice of conscious flowing gentle movements which was originally created as a martial art but has physical health and mindfulness benefits.
Taiji has been described as “moving meditation” and incorporates balance, breathing and relaxation executed through a sequence of continuously connected movements called forms. It is recommended to stay consistent with this class as it requires practice to obtain the layers and fluidity.
