Studio Booking & Cancellation Policies

Payment Prior Required

Existing clients are required to save a Credit/Debit Card in our system and process their payment prior to the start of class/workshop. New and Walk-in clients are welcome to process a payment in studio before the start of class. This protects the instructors time and ensures class starts on time.

 

Late Policy

Please arrive at least 10 min before the start of a class/workshop. To avoid disruptions our doors will be locked at start time, and late arrivals will not be admitted to class. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your class? We understand!

Please cancel your class at least two hours in advance to receive a full credit. You can easily cancel your class using the Glofox app. Cancelations within 2 hours before the start of class, will still be allowed to cancel but will be considered a Late Cancel and will not receive a credit/refund.

 

No-Show Policy

A No-Cancel/ No Call/No Show will be marked as a strike on your account. If three strikes are marked on your account, your account will temporarily be suspended, and you will need to call 630-746-9367 or email sara@floweroflifeyogacenter.com to reinstate your account. This can easily be avoided by cancelling your class on our Glofox app 2 hours before the start of class.  

 

Workshop/Cancellation

We require at least 48 hours to cancel a workshop or event. Cancellations made within 48 hours before the workshop/event will receive 50% of event price refunded.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Expired class packages are non-refundable. Memberships may not be shared and are non-transferable.

 

Freeze/Cancel Policy

We require at least a 2 weeks’ notice to freeze or cancel your account. You may extend your freeze by giving us advance notice. Please email sara@floweroflifeyogacenter.com for these inquiries
